MY STORY
I was a stay-at-home mom with no experience when we started acquiring several properties.
At first, we tried short-term rentals, but I quickly became burned out from the constant turnover and nervous about having random guests coming in and out of our homes. We knew there had to be a better way. That’s when we started focusing on a rental model that gave us more stable income, longer stays, and more reliable tenants.
After several years of hosting more than 300 nurses and working professionals, we developed a system based on what we learned along the way. Now, we use that system to help other property owners take the guesswork out of getting started, positioning their homes, and getting them rented to traveling nurses and professionals.
